Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing campaigns across various digital channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, etc.) to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing efforts.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to align marketing initiatives with product roadmaps and feature releases.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different marketing tactics to optimize conversion rates and user engagement.
- Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM software to streamline and personalize customer journeys.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date with the latest growth marketing trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the SaaS and legal tech industries.
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably in the SaaS or legal technology industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and engagement.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Marketo), CRM software (e.g. Salesforce), and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Experience in the legal technology or SaaS industry.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
