About Us

NexLaw was founded in 2023 by Francis Lui, an experienced tech entrepreneur and CEO, with a vision of creating an AI-enabled legal solutions platform to transform how legal services are delivered.

The company was started to address the growing need for efficient and affordable legal solutions. Francis realized that while the legal field remains essential, it has been slow to adopt technology that can improve efficiency and cut costs.

With over 5 years of experience building disruptive tech companies with AI, Francis assembled a founding team consisting of his long-time business partner Bernie Law as COO and Pattrine Hong as CGO.

NexLaw aims to harness the power of AI and automation to streamline routine legal work, cut costs, and improve access to justice for businesses and individuals. Technology is at the core of NexLaw’s mission to transform the legal industry and reimagine how legal solutions are delivered.

We firmly believe that by leveraging the power of AI, we can be your steadfast ally in revolutionizing how contracts are analyzed, managed, and negotiated – saving time, informing decisions with data, and achieving consistent results.

Whether you’re a solo practitioner, law firm, corporate legal department, or individual seeking legal clarity, NexLaw invites you to join us in embracing the AI-powered legal revolution. Together, we can redefine the delivery of legal solutions, making them more efficient, effective and impactful than ever before.
