Choose your role in the contract. Let’s review a contract as a discloser as an example. The previous contract documents uploaded by you will be displayed. Insert all the necessary details. To review a new contract, upload a contract document in PDF format. NexLaw will analyze your contract within seconds, click Open. The results will look like this. The left section will show the context of your contract. NexLaw will highlight the parts of your contract that require enhancement or amendment. Click on the highlighted content to view AI suggestions on how to enhance the contract. You can make changes to the contract by following the AI suggestions, reviewing the changes, and replacing the existing content. You can also generate custom AI Suggestion for the amendment. Click on highlighted context and click on Custom AI Suggestion button. If you are not satisfied with the example or the example doesn’t include your custom key points, you may write your requirements for improvements for the highlighted clause. Click on Edit Clause to enhance the suggested clause or to generate a new clause. Remember to save your changes using the designated button. You can export it in PDF or document format. Click on Legal Writer in the left navigation bar to start The first section you can custom an agreement to your needs. Provide a prompt and click the arrow, our system will generate the content needed. The result will look like this. Use the LawBot for a Q&A session regarding the agreement. You can also edit the content in the provided area. Click on Generate Summary to see the summary of your agreement. The results for summary will look like this. You can generate a new summary if it is not up to your expectation. Then, you can also choose to export the agreement in PDF or document. That’s all for custom agreement. If you scroll down, you will see the LOD and all the agreements suggestions. The first row displays the different types of Letters of Demand you can generate. Let’s use “Outstanding Payment” as an example. Enter your details and choose the type of demand letter. Provide all the required details and click Next. Enter the specific details about your outstanding payment Click Construct to generate the letter. Once the letter is constructed, you can edit the content using the editor. There is also LawBot provided for a Q&A session about your letter. You can generate a summary of the letter if needed. The letter can be exported in PDF and document form. Once the letter is constructed, you can edit the content using the editor. LawBot feature is also provided here. After making the necessary edits, click Save Changes to complete. Next, choose your jurisdiction and courts. After you click on the country, the list of courts will appear, you can select up to 2 courts related to your search. If you need information from several jurisdictions, just fill in another form, and choose the jurisdiction you want. You can have multiple jurisdictions. If you are ready, click on Search to proceed or Clear Search if you want to reset. After clicking on Search, our system will generate the information needed for your case. You can also filter your case tailored to your statement. Scroll down to see the Case Law provided. You can choose which one is relevant to your case. There is also an action button for you to summarize the case. If you click on Summarize Case, it will extract key points from your selected document. You can see the information of the judgment case at the top of the interface. Below that, you can view the Precedents of the case. Click the Precedent Report button to see the top similar case to your search. Here are the top similar cases among the Precedents. Click the Open button on one of the cases you want, and you will see the case content. You will have the chart for temporal distribution of cases. As you scroll down, you can also see a bar chart that shows Top 10 Cases Count among the precedents of the case. Each bar on the chart represents a specific case, and its height corresponds to the number of times that case has been mentioned in precedent and citations. On the left side, you can click the menu icon to download the file in SVG, PNG or CSV format. Followed by that, you can see another bar chart that visualizes Top 10 Statutes Count, Geographical Distribution of Cases and all the precedent from the case. The table shows the court, judgement date and country of each case. Choose one of the precedents that you want to view and click the open button. Then you will see the case content. As you scroll, the left section shows the summary of the case while the complete case is shown at the right section. In the summary section, users can copy the case summary. Additionally, you have the option to reveal or hide the NER tags to view all entities in the case. The right section also features a LawBot that can answer any questions about your case. Navigation To begin, you can click on Legal AI Trial Copilot in the left navigation bar. Click Prepare for your Case and it will lead to Pre-trial Phase form. For Phase 1, input your client case, it doesn’t have to be specific or details. After, you can choose your client type, and select a country. After you click on the country selected, this page will appear, which allows you to search or choose courts and institutions desired (can have up to 2 selections). After you are done, you will be given this option for either to fill in or to not to (not a requirement), this will help for a more detailed outcome. Next, the pre-event findings. You can choose a file to be uploaded or manually type in your case details in the box provided. Then, you can insert the name of witnesses. This is an option, not a requirement. Feel free to adjust to your needs. Next, there is also an option to input evidence from both the client and the opposition. Feel free to upload any files related to your case. Click Next if you are ready to go, and our system will collect all the files to generate the cases that are relevant to yours. After your results have been generated. It will look like this; the case flow results which you can click to view or download them. There is also a LawBot provided for a direct Q&A session for your case. After you have all the info needed, you can click on Move to Trial Phase to proceed, or End Case if you no longer want to continue In the Trial Phase, you might have to upload jury instruction document for a better outcome. Our system will generate the files accordingly. You can choose to only view or download the files at your convenience. It has the same interface as the Pre-trial Phase, allowing you to refer to the pre-trial results as well. LawBot is provided here too. When you’re all set with the Trial Phase, feel free to upload another trial document or end the case here. If you wish to proceed with the uploading, here is what it looks like. Upload your trial transcript document in the section provided and give it a name for your reference. Next, you may choose the number of client’s witness. Include their name and statement in the box provided. Along with the number of adverse witnesses. Below, you may input the evidence and upload the files. Our system will generate all the information related to your case If there’s more document to be uploaded, you can choose to upload another trial document, and our system will proceed to generate all the information needed for your case. Next, Prepare for Your Final Submission. Upload the file chosen and give it a name for your reference. You will also need to include a simple explanation of the client’s case in the box provided. You can choose your client type, and the jurisdiction to proceed. After you click on the country chosen, this tab will appear. Choose your courts and institutions that are related to your case. To begin, you can choose to either proceed with Legal Argument or Legal Memo. Legal Argument Navigation To start with Legal Argument, insert statement to your case. Then, choose your jurisdiction. If you are done, you can click Generate, and our system will generate the content that is relevant to your statement. The results will look like this, you can export or edit all the information at your convenience to tailor to your case. To export, you can choose either in document or PDF. The AI suggestions feature is also provided here; you can upload the file that is relevant to your case, and our system will generate the information for you. Click on Doc to see the result. This will give you the alternative discussions provided by NexLaw. If the document is unrelated to the argument, no discussions will be generated. Legal Memo/Opinion Navigation To start with Legal Memo, input the question you want to ask in the box provided. Next, Insert your findings. Then, choose your jurisdiction, click Generate after you are done with all the information, and our system will generate the relevant content for you. Scroll down to see the generated content for discussion. You can also edit the information tailored to your needs. The right section will give you the alternative option for AI suggestion. You can upload a document to generate discussions related to the content as well. If the document is unrelated to the content, no discussions will be generated. After uploading your document, you can choose a discussion to replace your current one. You can save the changes that have been made. Navigation To begin, you can click on Case Law Summarizer in the left navigation bar. How to use Next, upload your judgment file in PDF, Doc or Txt format. You can even upload multiple files simultaneously. Once NexLaw completes the summarization process, click Open to view the summary. The precedents and all the NER entities from the actual case are listed at the top of the interface As you scroll down, you will find the case summary on the left side, while the complete case PDF is displayed on the right side. Users have the option to copy the entire content of the summary. In the right section, users can view, download, and print the complete case file.
