Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Legal and IT-related sales, with a focus on the US, AUS, UK, SG and MY markets. This role is critical to our growth strategy and involves generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales opportunities through the pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales development targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach.
- Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
- Schedule and conduct meetings and product demos for potential clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to align strategies and ensure a seamless client experience.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify strategic growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in sales development or a similar role within the B2B Legal and IT-related industries.
- Proven experience in contacting and engaging with the US, AUS, UK, SG and MY markets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales tools.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
